Because we offer digital and creative services that involve time and skill, refunds are limited and only allowed under the following conditions:
✅ You may be eligible for a refund if:
You cancel your order before work has started.
We are unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons.
You paid twice by mistake (duplicate payments).
❌ You are not eligible for a refund if:
Work has already started or is in progress.
You've received the first version or final delivery.
You requested changes that go beyond the agreed package.
You subscribed to a monthly plan and work has begun for the period.
⚠️ Important Notes
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
If a refund is approved, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
We do not offer cash refunds; refunds are made to the original payment method.
For custom or urgent orders, refunds are usually not possible.
